Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Web design projects require 50% upfront before work begins and 50% on launch. SEO and hosting are billed monthly, with the first month paid at kickoff.
Are there any hidden fees?
Never. Your proposal will spell out exactly what's included and what's not. The only extras are things you choose to add — additional pages, copywriting, integrations — always quoted in advance.
What if my project doesn't fit neatly into a tier?
Most don't, and that's fine. The tiers are starting points. We'll scope your project specifically after a discovery call and give you a custom quote that reflects exactly what you need — nothing more.
Can I start small and scale up later?
